Patient was a 24-year-old woman who requested Asian blepharoplasty to give her a slightly more defined upper eyelid crease and make her eyes appear larger. We raised her eyelid crease to give her eyes a more open appearance.

This 21-year-old patient previously had double-eyelid surgery elsewhere, and told us that two years after her prior surgery, she had some eyelid asymmetry with her left eyelid fold significantly higher than her right, with the appearance of a "triple-eyelid" or triple-fold eyelid on her left side as well. We were able to perform an Asian blepharoplasty revision to significantly improve her symmetry and to fix the appearance of the triple-eyelid fold.
